Akamas Peninsula

Akamas is a nature reserve in the west of Cyprus with a beautiful landscape, deep gorges and unique sandy beaches. It is an area of great biodiversity and ecological importance. Up to 530 plant species grow here, one third of the whole Cyprus, of which 126 are endemic and can only be found here. Thanks to its inaccessibility, the Akamas Peninsula is an untouched place of extraordinary and wild beauty.
